摘要
朱光潜是本土学术界唯一一位将毕生献给了中国美学的尊者,其在审美心理学、艺术哲学、美学史等论域都有创造性建树。贯穿这些成果的一个核心问题,便是如何面对西学既“照着说”,又“接着说”。朱光潜的做法是,“照着说”力求吃透原理,近乎“代言”,排除创造;“接着说”则攀上先哲肩头,看得更远、更深、更细,近乎“立言”,颇具创造性与创化性。在《悲剧心理学》、《文艺心理学》两部著作中,朱光潜一些重要美学范畴如秀美、崇高、心理距离、直觉说的阐述都印证了上述的态度。
Zhu Guangqian is a Chinese scholar who dedicated his life to aesthetics. He has the creative achievements in aesthetic psychology, philosophy of art, and history of aesthetics, etc. A kernel issue covering these achievements is, in facing with the Western studies, the way of both "following" and "developing". Zhu's approach means to "following", i. e. , fully understanding the principles, which is nearly "saying for it" and excluding creation. The "developing" means creation, based on the preceding philosophers, and being far-sighted, deepening and meticulous, which is like "to say one's own words". In his Psychology in Tragedy and Psychology in Literary Art, some of Zhu's important aesthetic categories, such as beauty, sublime, psychological distance, and theory of intuition, identified his attitude.
