摘要
坎地沙坦是一个高选择性血管紧张肽Ⅱ受体Ⅰ拮抗药,主要用于高血压和心力衰竭的治疗。大量临床研究结果表明坎地沙坦可降低心力衰竭病人心血管死亡率和因心力衰竭加重的住院率。
Candesartan is a treatment of hypertension and heart duce the cardiovascular mortality for highly selective angiotensin Ⅱ type failure. A large number of clinical heart failure and hospitalization for 1 receptor blocker, mainly used in the trials showed that candesartan could reworsening heart failure
