摘要
传统的城市水资源管理系统大都是基于关系型数据库的,缺少基本的地理信息和空间分析与表达功能。为了提高城市水资源管理与决策的信息化和现代化水平,在分析和总结城市水资源管理的功能需求以及前人进行的有关地理信息系统(GIS)应用于城市水资源管理的探索与实践的基础上,提出一种将Geodatabase、GIS空间分析工具及水资源管理模型系统集成来实现城市水资源管理的新型解决方案,分析了Geodatabase数据模型与城市水资源管理集成的优势。以洛阳市为案例,对城市水资源管理系统进行了应用研究。
Most water resource management systems use relational databases which cannot include geographical information or spacial analyses, h new water resource management system was developed with incorporating advanced informatics and geographical information system (GIS) technologies by integrating the system with Geodatabase, analyses tools, and water management models base on analyzing and summarizing the urban water resource management and the its practices of GIS. The results illustrate the advantages of integrating the Geodatabase into an urban water resource management system. The system has been successfully applied to a case study of the water system in Luo Yang, Henan.
