摘要
从确立教学质量目标与教学质量标准、正确处理规范管理与人文激励的关系、构建教学质量信息系统与评估系统等方面论述了新建本科院校教学质量监控体系的构建。
This article elaborates the construction of instruction quality supervision system in newly-buih universities via defining the object and standard of instruction quality, properly correlating the management standardization and humane encouragement, and establishing the information and evaluation system of instruction quality.
