摘要
随着一系列政策法规的出台,外商投资企业国内上市的前景已日渐明朗,文章结合目前国内的相关法律法规着重从法律层面分析外商投资企业改制上市过程中所应当注意的诸如外商投资股份有限公司的上市方式、关联交易及同业竞争等焦点问题。
With the promulgation of a series of regulations and policies, it is evident that there are prospects for the listing of enterprises with foreign investment in China. Referring to related laws and regulations, this article makes a legal analysis of issues to which attention should be drawn during the course of restructuring and listing of enterprises with foreign investment in China, such as mode of listing for companies limited by shares with foreign investment, connected transactions and horizontal competition.
