从包络环面蜗杆的齿面形成原理出发,利用C语言程序,考察了修正型圆环面包络环面蜗杆的“根切”和“变尖”状况,并探讨了齿形参数以及传动比和中心距变位的影响,肯定了这种新型环面蜗杆副在解决蜗杆“根切”和“变尖”
Based on the flank forming principle of the envelope torus worm, the state of “undercutting”and “topping” on the correction type envelope torus worm is studied through C language programs in this article. The effect of tooth profile parameters, correction of center distance and correction of transmission ratio on them is also investigated. It is confirmed by the results that the new torus worm pair has more advantages than other types in solving problems related to“undercutting”and“topping”.
