摘要
国家卫生政策依据社会经济发展的需求进行战略转型,公立医院必须适应这种变化,并通过认真总结前期公立医院改革所取得的成效,研究、梳理、遴选出合理的管理系统,促进公立医院健康的发展。本文总结本院在组织结构设计中所进行的探索性实践,对战略转型期公立医院的组织结构设计提出若干建设性意见,旨在进一步完善与优化公立医院的组织管理。
The national health policy is to be transformed strategically to meet the requirements of the development of the social economy. Public hospitals must adapt to the transformation and should select a practical management system and enhance the healthy development of public hospitals through summarizing, studying and preening the achievements they have obtained previously during the time of public hospital reform. This article has offered some constructive ideals on the design of organizational structure of public hospitals at the stage of strategic transformation to further consummate and optimize their management based on the exploratory practice in the designing of the structure at Xin Hua Hospital affiliated to the Shanghai Jiao tong University.
