摘要
作者采用改良Ｃｈｉａｒｉ截骨，中草药外敷，治疗大龄（８～２１岁）先天性髋脱位（ＣＤＨ）１７例。结果优良率５３％（９／１７）术后平均１．５月截骨处即愈合。本法较传统的Ｃｈｉａｒｉ截骨有明显优越性。
Writers applied the modified Chiari's osteotomy and Chinese herbs to treat 17 cases of congenital dislocation of hip in youngsters (8-21 years old). The results demonstrated that fine effective rate was 53% and the reunion of osteotomy was in the average of 1. 5 months.It is superior than that of conventional Chiari's osteotomy.
