摘要
随着城市房地产价格的不断增涨,房地产面积测算的精度要求越来越高。本文通过对坐标解析法和实地量距法测算面积的精度分析和对比论证,得出比较合理的房屋面积测算的限差公式。
Along with the increase of population and economy in city,the price of house goes up gradually, therefore,in order to protect egitimate rights and interests of property owner , government department should improve the accuracy of survey and calculation in house area. By comparing the precision of coordinate resolution and range of measurement on the spot,this paper draws a conclusion to the tolerance formula which can act as the reference to government.
