摘要
汾河二库枢纽工程主要采用了以下施工技术:碾压混凝土采用汽车运输直接入仓,岸坡布设真空复合溜筒垂直运输,坝面施工采用低VC值,斜层碾压技术;常态混凝土以高架门机吊运为主,并配合其他运输方式;33m厚的覆盖层及风化岩采用大开挖机械化施工。
The main construction techniques adopted in the key project of Fenhe Reservoir Two are as follows: roller compacting of the concrete is transported by the automobile directly into the bin, the vertical transportation with the vacuum compound slide-barrel is arranged on the bank slope, the obliquely-layered rolling technique with lower VC value is adopted in the construction of the dam face, the high-portal-framed crane is mainly used for the handling of the normal concrete with the cooperation of other transporting modes, and the mechanized construction of the heavy excavation is adopted for the overburden layer with the thickness of 33 cm and the weathered rock.
