简介了信息素养的概念,指出了21世纪图书馆采访人员应具备信息意识、信息伦理道德素养、信息能力与信息行为等信息素养。
This paper introduces briefly the concept of information literacy, and points out that the acquisitioning personnel of library should possess the information literacy such as the information consciousness, the information moral literacy, the information ability and the information behaviors.
