摘要
从扩大炉膛直径、改造灰盘结构、增加炉体高度等方面对中、小型氮肥厂煤气炉的技术改造进行了总结;着重论述了锥形煤气炉的物料平衡、热量平衡、气化强度以及气化层截面积的特点,对防流板的设置和炉下带出物过多等问题进行了评述。
Summarization of Technical reformation was made for the gasifiers in the middle/little sized plants from aspects of enlarging the diameter of furnace chamber, reforming structure of ash tray, increasing height of furnace body etc. ： the features were mainly discussed on the material balance, heat balance, gasification strength and cross area of gasification layer for conical coal gasifier, the problems were commented for the arrangement of anti- flowing plate and too many entrained matters etc. under gasifier.
