磁性功能化酚醛树脂的合成及对金属离子的吸附性能 被引量:3

摘要 环氧酚醛树脂(F53)的环氧侧基与四乙烯五胺反应制得亲水型的磁性胺化酚醛树脂(F53-NH),将其分别与CS2、甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TD I)、氨基硫脲反应得到磁性功能化的二硫代甲酸钠修饰酚醛树脂(F53-CSSNa)、甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯修饰酚醛树脂(F53-TD I)和氨基硫脲修饰酚醛树脂(F53-CSNH2)。测定了所合成树脂对Cu2+、Pb2+、Co2+、N i2+、Ag+、Zn2+、Cd2+等金属离子的吸附性能以及在多种溶剂中的溶胀性能。探讨了在不同浓度及pH条件下树脂对Zn2+的吸附性能。结果表明,所合成树脂在极性溶剂中的溶胀性能均比在非极性溶剂中好;F53-NH树脂对所测几种金属离子均具有较好的吸附性能,而F53-CSSNa、F53-TD I,F53-CSNH2这3种树脂对所测金属离子具有明显的吸附选择性,4种合成树脂F53-NH,F53-CSSNa,F53-TD I和F53-CSNH2对Zn2+的吸附容量均明显高于对其它金属离子的吸附,分别达2.82、3.48、3.40和3.62 mmol/g。 Magnetic amino phenolic resin( F53-NH) was synthesized by the reaction between epoxy phenolic resin and tetraethylene pentamine, and dithiocarboxylic sodium formate phenolic resin (F53-CSSNa). Toluene diisocyanate phenolic resin (F53-TDI) and thiosemicarbazide phenolic resin ( F53-CSNH2 ) were synthesized respectively through the reactions between F53-NH and each of CS2, TDI, NH2NHCSNH2. The adsorption and swelling properties of the resins for metal ions Cu^2+ , Pb^2+ , Co^2+ , Ni^2+ , Ag^+ , Zn^2+ , Cd^2+ were studied. The results show that the swelling properties of the synthetic resins in polar solvents are better than those in nonpolar solvents. F53-NH resin has preferable adsorption properties for all of the determined metal ions, however, the other three kinds of resins have obviously selectivity for determined metal ions, and adsorption capacities of the synthesized resins for Zn^2+ are 2. 821, especially higher than those for other metal ions. 3.481, 3. 400 and 3.622 mmol/g respectively,especially higher than those for other metal ions.
