摘要
多光子激发随机扫描显微成像系统将为神经功能成像提供一个有效工具而成为研究热点,但成像软件系统的研制是其难点之一。分析了多光子激发随机扫描显微成像的实验流程,在VC6.0开发平台下,对飞秒激光扫描控制和荧光信号采集,全视场图像重构,感兴趣区域选取,图像和信号曲线动态同步显示等主要功能进行了软件仿真,对开发完整的多光子激发随机扫描显微成像软件系统具有重要的参考价值。
To be a powerful tool for the investigations of neuron functional imaging,muhi-photon random access scanning microscopy has been drawing more and more attentions of researchers.However,it is difficult to develop the complicated system software.On the base of the experiment process,simulations of software are presented such as the laser scanning controlling, fluorescence signal acquirement, full-field image reconstruction, selection of regions of interest, displaying of images and curves synchronously which programmed under the VC6.0.It is valuable for developing the whole software system of multi-photon random access scanning microscopy.
