摘要 目的:探讨针刺与非光性导引的相互作用规律。方法:运用Aschoff导引方法,对比观察电针“百会”、“长强”、8-OH-DPAT、电针+8-OH-DPAT对金黄地鼠自发活动近似昼夜节律的影响及其相位反应曲线特点。结果:在自由运行状态下,电针增强了调整8-OH-DPAT金黄地鼠自发活动昼夜节律相位的作用。结论:电针的相位反应曲线呈非光性,是一种非光性的授时因子,能协同非光性授时因子的相位转移效应。 Objective: To research the interaction of electro-acupuncture on non-photic zeitgeber. Methods: applied the methods of Aschoff' entrainment, we obversed the phase response curve of electro-acupuncturing "Baihui" (Du20)、 "Changqiang" (Dul), 8-OH-DPAT, and electro-acupuncture associated with 8-OH-DPAT on hamster spontaneous behavior circadian rhythm. Results: In constant darkness electro-acupuncture enhanced the entrainment of 8-OH-DPAT on hamster spontaneous behavior circadian rhythm. Conclusion: electro-acpuncture is one kind of non-photic zeitgeber. It have a synergism with nonphotic entrainment.
