摘要
高压交联电缆绝缘线芯在生产过程中,经常出现线芯表面塑化不良、凹坑或鼓包等7项质量缺陷。依据产品实际跟踪调查,总结出对应性控制措施,对提高电缆产品质量行之有效,是各生产厂家关注的重点。
A brief introduction is about 7 quality defects like concave due to bad plastification or convex on the surface of the wire core, often occurring in production of HV cross - linked insulated cable core. According to the tracing investigation on the products the corresponding control measures are summed up to improve the quality of the core.
