摘要
以甲基氢二氯硅烷为单体,利用超声波条件下Wurtz聚合的方法,合成了可溶性聚硅烷,研究了对二溴苯和萘对反应的影响,并用红外光谱(IR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、X射线衍射(XRD)对产物进行了表征.结果表明:对二溴苯和萘均能使聚合反应平稳进行;在含有对二溴苯的反应体系中,所得聚硅烷的分子量较大,聚硅烷的陶瓷产率较高.对聚合机理作了初步探讨.
Different types of soluble polysilanes were prepared by the Wurtz synthesis of methyl dichlorsilane under ultrasonic condition. The effects of p-dibromobenzene and naphthalene on the reaction were studied. The product was characterized by IR, GPC and XRD. The results show that the reaction went smoothly when dibromobenzene or naphthalene was added. Polysilane with higher molecular weight and higher ceramic yield was obtained for a system with dibromobenzene. The polymerization mechanism was proposed.
