摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱法测定益心复脉片中丹参素的含量，以控制该制剂的质量。方法采用Hypersil C18 4．6mm×250mm为色谱柱；1％冰乙酸-甲醇（200：10）为流动相；检测波长为280nm；柱温为室温；流速为0．9ml·min^-1。结果该色谱条件下丹参素的线性范围为10～150mg·L^-1。（r=0．9999），加样回收率为99．02％，RSD为1．00％。结论该方法简便、快捷、结果准确、重现性好。
Aim To establish a determination method of daiclzein in yixinfumai tablets by HPLC in order to control its quality. Methods The chromatographic colum was Hypersil C18 （ 4.6 mm × 250 mm）with room temperature. The mobile phase was composed of 1% ac- tic acid-methanol （200： 10） with a detecting wavelength at 280 nm and flow rate 0.9 ml · min^ -1. Results The linear range of daiclzein was 10 - 150 mg · L ^-1 （ r = 0. 999 9）. The average recovery of the assay was 99.02%, and RSD was 1.00%. Conclusion This method is simple, quick, accurate and repeatable.
