摘要
以干膏得率和绿原酸提取率为考核指标,采用正交设计法对肝毒净颗粒水提取工艺进行考察。肝毒净颗粒最佳提取工艺的方案为加水量8倍,提取2次,每次1.0 h。该工艺科学合理,适于大规模生产。
The extraction procession of Gandujing granules was studied by orthogonal design with dry extract yield and chlorogenic acid as the detective marker. The optimum extraction condition is that adding 8 fold of water, and decocting 1 hour for 2 times. The optimum water-decocting condition was reasonable and scientific, and it could be used in the future large-scaled preparation of Gandujing granules.
