摘要
通过介绍红角洲新区市政工程监理工作,重点阐述了监理过程中针对工程项目特点和各项控制目标应进行的监理策划和采取的控制措施,并根据其在工程监理实践中获得的经验体会,提出了监理应采取的方法和对策。
Taking the supervision of the town planning project for Hongjiaozhou New District as an exemple, the aritlcle describes the supervision scheming and control measures to be taken during the process of supervison according to project characteristics and various control targets, and put forwatd relevant method and countermeasures based on experiences achieved from supervision practices.
