摘要
采用水热法制备了N掺杂TiO2光催化剂,并用X衍射、X光电子能谱和紫外-可见吸收光谱进行了表征,测定了其光催化氧化甲基橙的催化性能.结果表明,与未掺杂TiO2相比,N掺杂TiO2在可见光区有更大的吸收,N的掺杂还明显提高了TiO2光催化氧化甲基橙的性能.
N-doped TiO2 photocatalysts were prepared by hydrothermal method,and characterized by XRD, XPS and UV-vis. The photocatalytic activity was evaluated through photocatalytic oxidation of methyl orange. The results indicated that N-doped TiO2 revealed higher absorption in visible light than undoped TiO2. The dop- ing of TiO2 with N significantly enhanced the photocatalytic activity for photocatalytic oxidation of methyl or- ange as compared with undoped TiO2.
