摘要
本文在普通螺旋千斤顶的常规设计基础上建立了其优化设计模型,用VC++编程实现螺旋千斤顶的优化设计。利用UGNX软件建模功能完成螺旋千斤顶的三维参数化建模,利用UGNX3.0软件的部件族功能和二次开发模块,实现螺旋千斤顶零件库的建立。本文运用优化设计方法与参数化技术实现了千斤顶设计先进性和效率提高的结合。
In this articale,on the base of regular design of jack screw finished the optimal design of jack srew,and then with VC++ finished the optimal design. Build the 3D parametric modeling of jack screw with UGNX software. With the part family function and the secondary development module of UGNX finished the part library of jack screw. Applying optimal design and parametric design technology make the design advance and increasing of efficiency combine come into true.
