摘要
对大型电铲矿用挖掘机的工作装置进行仿真,结合其实际作业特点应用MSCAdams建立其工作装置模型,并对作业过程进行动力学和运动学仿真研究,详细分析各部件在工作过程中受力状况.论文的建模及分析方法对于其它机械系统的仿真分析具有理论参考意义.
The working equipment of heavy excavator with electric shovel is simulated. According to the job characteristic, the model of the working equipment is estiblished by MSC Adams. Then the dynamics and kinematics of the working equipment are studied during the full work process, and the force on some components dynamics are analyzed especially. The model and simulation method can help the study in other mechanical system.
