摘要 采用有限元分析方法,通过有限元分析软件MSCMarc模拟石油套管淬火过程,分析了淬火后残余应力的分布情况,得到了残余应力随淬火时间和沿套管壁厚方向的变化规律.进而,研究改变淬火温度和冷却速度的情况下,淬火后残余应力的变化规律,以达到减小淬火过程中所产生的残余应力,提高石油套管的机械性能,寻求最优淬火条件的目的,为今后的企业生产提供一定的理论依据. The quenching process of the oil casing is simulated by using the software of MSC Marc by FEM. The distribution of quenched residual stress is analyzed. The changed law of the residual stress along the radius of the oil casing is achieved according to quenching temperature The variation of the residual stress in the case of changing the quenching temperature and the cooling rate is studied. The aim is reducing the residual stress of the quenching process, and achieving an ideal result and enhancing the mechanical property of the oil casing. Then the optimum quenching condition is obtained and a theoretical foundation is provided for producing oil casing in the future.
