摘要
2005年1月10日在福建省惠安县崇武镇大岞村近岸搁浅1头雄性柏氏中喙鲸,这是中国大陆水域首例雄性柏氏中喙鲸记录。本文报告了对该标本的外形和头骨测定结果,并作简要描述。该标本体长447 cm,体重715 kg,头骨长710 mm,脊椎式C7+T10+L11+Ca18=46。
On 10 January 2005, one stranding male Blainville＇s beaked whale （Mesoplodon densirostris） was found on the beach of Dazuo Village of Chongwu Town, Huian County in Fujian Province. This is the first record of male Blainville＇s beaked whale along the coast of China's Mainland. This paper reports the results of its external and skull measurements, and gives the brief description. The body length of the specimen was 447 cm, body weight 715 kg and length of skull 71 cm. The vertebral formula was C7 ＋ T10 ＋ L11 ＋ Ca18 =46.
