摘要
洛克是资产阶级革命时期著名的政治思想家,他的政治观点集中体现在其传世名著《政府论》一书中。文章通过对其自然权利理论、社会契约理论和分权制衡理论的分析,认为有限政府是洛克政治思想的精髓所在。
John Locke is universally acknowledged as a famous political thinker during the bourgeois revolutionary period. His political views are mainly embodied in his well-known works The Treaty of Civil Government. This article analyses the theory of national rights, social contract and divided and balanced rights and then comes to a conclusion that the limited government is the spirit of John Locke＇s political views.
