Socialist law is not only a kind of state policy of ＂running the country according to law＂, but also containing people＇s desire for and pursuit of a certain ideal social realm of socialist law, it has a specific value goal and deep socialist essence. It passes through and manifests a series of rational principles, insisting on the leadership of the party, developes people＇s democracy and acts in accordance with the law strictly.
