摘要
介绍了点阵式汉字电子显示屏的硬件电路设计原理与软件设计方案,采用MCS-51系列单片机芯片,得到了一个能够同时显示4个汉字,16×16的并可以根据需要扩展的LED点阵式显示屏。
The paper describes the hardware circuit design theory and software design schedule of the lattice -Chinese - character electrical display screen. The LED lattice display screen which can display four Chinese characters with 16 × 16 pixels is produced with MCS - 51 series single chip and it can also be extended to display more characters with more LED display screen units.
