摘要
项目多目标集成管理是制造企业项目管理中的重要内容。针对制造企业的特点,通过建立项目多目标评价体系,采用多级模糊评判法建立模型进行评价,作为多目标集成管理的依据,引导企业实现经营管理上的有的放矢。
The project multi -objective integration management is one of important items in project management of manufacturing enterprises. In terms of the characteristics of manufacturing enterprises, by establishing multi - objective appraisal systems, the paper adopts the multi - stage fuzzy appraisal methods to construct models for appraisal. The models are used as the basis of multi - objective integration management, to make the enterprises be managed effectively.
