摘要
本文用荧光光谱法对人参和西洋参的样品和标准药材对照品进行了比较鉴别,为人参、西洋参的鉴别提供了一种新方法。
In this paper, Radix Ginseng and Radix Panacis Quinquefolii and its forgery have been identified with Fluorescence Spectum. The results show that it is a available method in identifying Radix Ginseng and Radix Panacis Quinquefolii and its forgery with Fluorescence Spectum. It is Found that this method is not only sensitive, simple, quick,using little experimental materials,but also better repeatibility and stability. It can be used for identification of Radix Ginseng and Radix Panacis Quinquefolii.
