摘要
目的:研究高温天气条件下血液保存为战时血液保障提供科学依据。方法:采集10名健康献血者全血各200ml,每袋制备成悬浮红细胞后平均分为3袋,分别标记为A组、B组和C组,A组置室外自然温度保存,B组同样条件保存3d后放入4℃冰箱继续保存,C组置4℃冰箱保存,分别监测ATP等保存指标,以C组保存末期(临界)ATP为指示点确定各组保存有效期。结果:悬浮红细胞可在室外26.2℃-36.3℃环境保存4d,若保存3d后再置于4℃条件可继续保存7d。结论:高温天气环境中红细胞可及时有效地进行储运,使伤员得到快速有效的输血救治。
Objective:To study the storage method of red blood cell (RBC) at high temperature and provide the scientific evidences for blood preservation and transportation in battle fields. Methods:200 ml of whole blood was obtained from each of the 10 donors and the RBC suspension was prepared. The RBC suspension was divided into 3 groups: A group (stored at room temperature), B group (stored at room temperature initially for 3 days and at 4℃ later) and C group (stored at 4℃ ). Several parameters such as ATP were tested daily. The RBC ATP concentration at the end of shelf life in C group served as critical ATP. When RBC ATP decreased to the level of critical ATP, the preservation time was recorded as its shelf life. Results:The RBC suspension could be stored for 4 days at high temperature ranged from 26.2℃ to 36.3℃, and it could continue being stored at 4℃ for 7 days after 3 days of storage at room temperature. Conclusion:The RBC suspension can be stored and transported in its shelf life at high temperature and the wounded can obtain blood transfusion in time.
