脑星形细胞瘤204例的治疗效果分析 被引量：15

摘要 目的探讨综合及个性化治疗脑星形细胞瘤的方法,以达到最佳的治疗效果。方法选择适当的手术入路,以精细的显微外科技术在不损害脑功能而尽最大可能多切除肿瘤组织。术后选择适合的放射治疗及化疗。结果显微镜下全切、次全切105例,大部分切除90例,部分切除9例。术后进行放疗175例、化疗95例。随访的51例,至今仍存活33例,其中进行过放疗29例,同时进行过化疗24例;显微镜下全切除30例,显微镜下次全切除3例。结论手术切除肿瘤越多、越彻底,术后接受放射治疗、化疗可以得到最佳的治疗效果。
