无腹筋钢筋混凝土构件中锈蚀变形钢筋与混凝土之间的粘结力计算

摘要 锈蚀钢筋混凝土构件强度衰减中,钢筋与混凝土的粘结力退化是一个很重要的因素。基于相关文献关于钢筋锈蚀压力的研究基础,从变形钢筋的表面几何特征出发,考虑钢筋锈蚀后横肋的变化引起钢筋与混凝土之间机械咬合力的降低,以及锈蚀产物在钢筋与混凝土结合面上产生的粘聚力两种主要因素,建立了一种计算分析模型,并给出了钢筋混凝土构件中锈蚀钢筋与混凝土之间粘结力的一般计算表达式。所得计算结果与试验值吻合较好。 Deterioration of bond strength between concrete and reinforcement is of great importance in studying the strength of structural members with corroded bars. Based on the corrosion pressure theory of paper^[6] as well as the geometrical characteristically of the deformed bars, considering the reduction of the mechanical interactions between reinforcing bars and concrete due to the deterioration of the ribs on the bearing face of the deformed bars and the cohesion caused by the corrosion products between the steel and the concrete, an analytical model and expression is proposed and the bond strength of corroded bars is calculated. The theoretical results and agree with those results well.
