摘要
针对庄浪县城镇地籍调查存在的问题,从加强业务人员培训、广泛宣传地籍调查的意义、严格违约缺席指界的处罚、严肃地籍调查表的填写、认真绘制宗地草图、慎重处理土地权属纠纷、采用数字化地籍测量、完善文字总结和检查验收制度等方面提出了应对的措施。
In view of existed questions of cities cadastral investigation in Zhuanglang County,measures should be made on enhancing personnel training, widespreadly propaganding cadastral investigation significance, strict the punishment of violation absence refers, serious cadastral examination table filling in, drawing up the ancestor place schematic diagram earnestly, prudently handling land tenure dispute, using digital cadastration, perfect writing summary and inspection approval system.
