摘要
为提高山羊皮酶脱毛的效果,研究了用少量的硫化物或H2O2辅助几种酶进行山羊皮酶脱毛的工艺试验,经过对酶脱毛过程中的酶用量、硫化物或H2O2用量及其它相关工艺条件的优化,最后得到3个脱毛效果良好的工艺:(1)0·2%NaHS辅助150u/g2709酶脱毛工艺;(2)0·2%NaHS辅助200u/gA.S1398酶脱毛工艺;(3)3%H2O2辅助200u/gNOWOLASEPE酶脱毛工艺。
To improve the effects of goat skin enzymatic unhairing, technology of goat skin enzymatic dehairing with low sulfide or peroxide at the same time was investigated. After the correlative technology conditions, such as content of enzymes, content of auxiliaries, were optimized, three effective dehairing technologies of goat skin were attained finally: (1) 150u/g enzyme 2709 aided by 0. 2% NariS; (2) 200u/g enzyme A. S1398 aided by 0. 2% NailS; (3) 200u/g enzyme NOWOLASE PE aided by 3% H2O2,
