摘要
对18株绿僵菌以及绿僵菌不同世代的酯酶同工酶进行了比较研究。结果表明,不同菌株的酶谱类型存在着明显差异,同一菌株不同世代间酶谱类型虽未变化,但其酶活性随着继代数的增加而降低。而且酶型以及酶活性的变化与菌株的毒力、亲缘关系以及其他生物学特征存在着一定的相关性。因此,酯酶同工酶可以作为绿僵菌毒力筛选和菌种鉴定的一种参考指标。
Esterase isozyme from 18 strains of Metarhizium spp.and 7 subcuItures of astrain were fractionated by polyacrlamide discontinuous slab gel electrophoresis for compari-son,and virulence of the strains and the subcultures to host insects were determined by abioassay.The results showed that there were clear difference of esterase isozymograms a-mong the strains,esterase isozymograms from various generation of a strain showed the samepattern,but its activity reduced obviously from generation to generation.The zymogram typeof different strains and zvmic activity of subcultures was associated with virulence and ori-gin,These results revealed that esterase isozyme could be regarded as a refenrence index forvirulence screening of strains and species identification.
