摘要
在“中国学术的深层危机”的背景下,编辑成了被追逐、拉拢、攀附、合谋的对象和进攻、暗算、攫取、蚕食的目标。编辑-出版环节之所以成为“学术失范”和“学术腐败”的实现途径,是因为它具备了适宜“学术失范”和“学术腐败”生长的土壤。编辑在具有“把关”权力的同时还具有“放行”的权力,他们既是“把关人”也是“过关人”。面对学术的沉沦编辑无奈作出正确的选择。
Under the background of serious academic crisis of China, editors are the targets who are chased, roped in , sought connection with, plotted together. They are often attacked, plotted against, seized and nibbled. The processes of edit and publishing become the approach to academic corruption and the forfeit of academic value because it creates the environment of causing academic corruption and the forfeit of academic value. Editors have the right of reading academic thesis, at the same time they have the right of approving them. Facing academic degradation,editors have no way to make the right choice.
