摘要
塑性变形过程中的稳定性是决定各类变形工序成败的关键。由于问题的复杂,严格的理论分析方法较少,在实际应用中仍采用经验公式居多。文章采用拉伸试验,根据塑性变形理论,推出了各向同性和各向异性材料在平面应力应变、空间应力应变等多种条件下的判断准则的数学表达式。
The stability in a plastic deformation is a key factor determing success or failure of various kind of deformation process, Owing to the problem is very complex, and the strict theoretical analysis method is a less, so that still adopt the experiental formulas are in the majority in practice. This paper puts to use a tensile test from the plastic deformation theory, and has deduced the mathematical formulas on determing criterion in the various conditions such as the sotropy and anisotropy materials, plane stress, plane strain, space stress and strain.
