摘要
对铝土矿拜尔法溶出工艺最佳溶出设备的设计及其操作进行了研究。实验采用粒粒范围判据判定颗粒周围的流态，使料浆中颗粒悬浮速度的测量计算变得更简单、准确，由串联釜模型参数与物料在反应器中的返混建立的对应关系，对铝土矿悬浮溶出器设计参数进行了预测。
he optimum design of bauxite digestion equipment and the best digestion operation conditions were investigated.Using particle size region(PSR)criterion makes the study of suspension velocity in the slurry more simplified and reliable.The design parameters of reactor were estimated by suspension velocity and reactors in series in slurry.
