摘要
采用Czochralski技术生长出光学质量的ZnWO4∶Mn2+单晶。根据所测吸收谱、荧光光谱、激光光谱和荧光寿命,推导出激活离子能级图。结果表明,在低对称晶体中,Mn2+离子呈现出以588.6nm为中心的宽带荧光。由光谱数据可以看出,该晶体为一潜在短波长可调谐激光工作物质。
The ZnWO 4∶Mn 2+ single crystals (up to 15×60mm)with optical quality have been grown by the Czochralski technique. The absorption,fluorescence,excitation and lifetime were measured. The energy level scheme of the active ions is derived.It is shown that Mn 2+ ions exhibit broad band fluorescence centered by 588.6nm in crystals with rather low site symmetry.From the spectroscopic data of ZnWO 4∶Mn 2+ indicate that ZnWO 4∶Mn 2+ is a promising well crystal for short wavelength tunable laser applications.
