摘要
以H型阳离子交换树脂为催化剂,采用三段串联固定床绝热反应器,在酚烯比2.5(mol)、液空速2h-1、反应温度70~130℃条件下使壬烯和苯酚连续烷基化合成壬基酚。在360h连续运转期间,壬烯转化率保持在94%~95%,而作为对比的两段产物循环绝热反应工艺运行100h后,壬烯转化率已降至90%以下。
With H cation resin as catalyst, nonyl phenol is continuously synthesized from nonene and phenolby alkylation in 3-step series adiabatic fixed bed reactors at phenol/nonene ratio of 2. 5 (mol), LHSV2h-' and reaction temprature 70~130 C. Conversion of nonene kept in the range of 94%  ̄95 % during360 hours of continuous operation, compared with 2-step adiabatic recycle process whose conversion ofnonene decreased to below 90% after 100 hours of operation.
