摘要
“和谐社会”要求社会的各个组成部分都要和谐起来。工厂是构成社会的“细胞”,因此建立“和谐工厂”具有非常重要的意义。建立和谐工厂需要很多保证措施,其中规范管理尤为重要。
＂The harmonious society＂ requests the society＇s every constituent to be harmonious. The factory is one part of the society, so it is impotant to establish ＂the harmonious factory＂ .There are many measures to guarantee establishing the harmonious factory. One of them is to standardize management.
