摘要
高校国防教育中的谋略价值越来越得到人们的重视。文章探讨谋略的传统与现代蕴意,阐述其在国防建设和国防教育中的运用,提出了培养和提高大学生谋略能力的有效措施。
In universities, strategy＇s value in national defense education obtains people＇s attention more than before This thesis discusses strategy＇s traditional and modern meanings, and its use in national defense construction and education , points out of the offective measures of training and improving students＇ strategy＇s capacity.
