摘要
通过对农村成人教育的地位、作用的论述,理清了农村成人教育与社会主义新农村建设有着共同原动力、互相促进发展、同一主体等因果、时空、社会方面的关系,进而从思想观念、组织形式、人员分类、管理保障等方面提出了发展农村成人教育,推进社会主义新农村建设的实施方略。
This paper first expounds the status quo and the function of the adult education in rural areas to prove that the adult education in rural area and the construction of new rural area of socialism have the mutual motive power, the same main part and they promoteeach other＇s development. And then this paper puts forward the enforcement strategies about the concept, the form and the organization, the classification of the personnel, the administration and the guarantee for developing the adult education to carry forward the construction of new rural area of socialism.
