中枢神经系统对腺病毒载体的免疫应答 被引量:1

摘要 腺病毒载体(adenoviral vector,AdV)在介导体内基因转染方面所表现出的多方面的优势,使得这一载体系统正在成为神经再生、神经示踪研究以及神经肌肉疾病基因治疗的实验研究中最具魅力的载体之一。虽然神经系统被认为是免疫豁免(immunological privilege)器官,然而AdV转染神经系统后所激发的对该载体的免疫应答常导致其携带的目的基因不能在体内长时间高水平表达,甚至引起转染细胞的破坏,致使这一载体系统的应用在很大程度上受到限制。为探索AdV在神经系统高效和安全给予方法以及使转染基因获得治疗水平的长期表达,很有必要详细分析研究神经系统对AdV的免疫应答机制以及探索新的免疫调控策略。
