摘要
本文分析了使铷原子频标产生老化的各种因素,并采取了有效措施。长期稳定度测量的实验结果表明,这些措施已基本上消除了老化。
Various factors which produce the aging in 87 Rb atomic frequency standard are discussed,and some effective methods are taken.The experiment results show that by these methods the aging is basically eliminated.It makes possible that the performance of 87 Rb atomic frequency standard may be close to the commercial 133 Cs atomic frequency standard.
