To upgrade informatization is a strategic move of bearing on the overall modernization drive and the key link of adjusting the economic structure.In order to settle the difficulties and obstacle in the way of informatization development,measures should be taken in some fields,such as in fast information network,information equipment industry,software industry,IT application and information service,etc.
