β-连环蛋白与口腔颌面部肿瘤 被引量：2

摘要 β-连环蛋白(β-catenin)是细胞质内可溶性蛋白,分子量92KD,其基因CTNNB1位于3P21,全长23.2kb,共有16个外显子,第3外显子含有编码丝氨酸和苏氨酸位点的序列。β-连环蛋白具有双重功能,一是连接E-钙粘蛋白(E-cadherin)形成E-cadherin-β-catenin功能复合体,调节细胞粘附系统;二是Wnt信号过程中的重要成分。这二种作用与人类多种肿瘤发生、发展和转移有密切联系。
