摘要
数学模型是理解和分析燃料电池性能的有效工具,质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)的建模是该技术发展和研究中的一个极为重要的问题。将结合已有的PEMFC建模方面的成果和本实验室PEMFC实验台的实验数据给出一种质子交换膜燃料电池系统的动态模型。该模型能够描述电堆电压、反应物流量以及反应物空间压力的瞬态响应过程。我们利用Matlab的SIMULINK对模型进行仿真,给出了负载电流以及反应物流量控制器给定电压阶跃变化时系统的瞬态响应,并对仿真结果和实验台实际运行数据进行了分析和比较。结果显示具有较好的一致性,证明此模型是PEMFC的实时控制系统以及最优化设计的一个有力工具。
Mathematic model is an efficient tool of understanding and analyzing fuel cell systems, and studies on modeling are important to the development and research of the proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFC) technology. In this paper, a dynamic model of describing the transient phenomena in a PEM fuel cell system is introduced. This model can predict the transient response of the cell voltage, reactant flow rate and pressure. SIMULINK is used for the simulation of the model and the transient responses of the system to step changes in the load current and the reactant flow rate are presented. The simulation results are analyzed and compared with the benchmark results and there is a good consistence between tests and simulations. It shows that the developed model is useful for the optimal design and real-time control of PEM fuel cell systems.
