摘要
研究了观叶植物长心叶蔓绿绒的光合特性。结果表明,该植物属于典型的荫生植物,单位叶重的叶绿素含量较低,叶绿素a/b比值较低。通过测定光合速率对光强的响应,应用计算机模拟求得:光补偿点为4317μmol·m-2·s-1,光饱合点为62698μmol·m2·s-1,最大光合速率为5368μmol·m-2·s-1。
Photosynthesis of Philodendron erubesceus “Green Emerald” at different leaf positions were studied. The results showed that the photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll content per gram of fresh leaf weight were highest at the middle leaf position and lowest at the upper leaf position. The chlorophyll a/b ratio was low .According to the curve of photosynthetic rate vs. photon flux density, it was found that the light compensation point was 43.17 μmol ·m -2 ·s -1 and the light saturation point was 626.98 μmol·m -2 ·s -1 . The highest photosynthetic rate of middle position leaf was 5.368 μmol·m -2 ·s -1
